Kohli has said that work load as the reason for his decision. Kohli said in his letter that in my understanding work load is very important. I have been playing in all three formats for the last 8-9 years and have also been captaining continuously for 5-6 years. I am feeling that I need a little bit of space to fully prepare myself to captain Team India in Tests and ODIs. As the captain of T20, I have given my everything to the team.
